About the Role:

Lavoropiù S.p.a. Agenzia per il Lavoro is seeking a skilled Help Desk IT Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows, Active Directory, and virtualization
• Configure and manage virtual environments, including VMWare, HyperV, and Nutanix
• Manage the lifecycle of incidents and change requests
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with ticketing management systems
• Proficient in English language
• Availability for 24/7 on-call shifts and overtime
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of virtualization architectures, design, and configuration
• Experience with Intunes
• ITIL Foundation certification

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be based in the Magenta area and will be required to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
