Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified individual to take on the role of Senior Project Coordinator. This position involves overseeing various projects related to NoBo, third-party, and technical assistance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of services in accordance with the defined scope, specifications, timelines, and budget.
  • Formulate a comprehensive action plan that includes scheduling, resource allocation, and a detailed work plan.
  • Organize and delegate inspections across all programs and categories (PED, Welding, Mechanical, Painting, etc.) in line with contract and Inspection Test Plan (ITP) requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison for contract and staff inspectors regarding inspection assignments, scheduling, and documentation management.
  • Monitor and manage inspection reports, unannounced inspections, and residue sample submissions to guarantee timely processing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Several years of experience in project coordination specifically for NoBo, third-party, or technical assistance projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering completed projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with major inspection qualification programs.
  • Proficient in English (mandatory).
  • Previous experience with Notified Bodies is preferred.

Please note that candidates must be residents of Italy as this position is home-based.
