About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Distribution Specialist to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As a key member of our Process Automation business, you will play a critical role in supporting the distribution of software and logistic processes for HW material handling.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to define, improve, and establish processes for software distribution and logistic processes.
  2. Product Readiness: Participate in product gate readiness for new product releases, focusing on 3rd Party process management.
  3. Lab Maintenance: Support the team in maintenance activities carried out in the P&F laboratory and cooperate with the logistic team to increase process efficiency.
  4. Software Media Planning: Plan and set up software media in synchronization with Suppliers and order handling team for Symphony Plus products.
  5. Global Software Tracking: Support the team in tracking and reporting 3rd party software embedded in PCP products in collaboration with other P&F Centers, R&D, and Product Management.
  6. HW Configuration: Verify readiness and configuration/consistency of Standard HW for S+.
Requirements
  1. Technical Expertise: Highly skilled in working with B2B portals design, test, and implementation.
  2. Workflow Design: 2 years of experience in Workflow design, data analysis, and reporting.
  3. Software Management: Possess enhanced knowledge of 3rd Party Software Management and software licensing topics (EULAs, export control rules).
  4. Communication Skills: Passionate about a solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  5. Education: A degree in engineering is preferred.
  6. Language Skills: At ease communicating in Italian and English.
