Enrollment Recruiter

The Enrollment Counselor is a key member of the Villanova University team, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective students and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for higher education.

• Prospect Communication and Management
  • Utilize CRM software to manage inquiry and enrollment process
  • Proactively reach out to inquiries and applicants to understand their goals and objectives
  • Monitor daily progress of prospective students and analyze data to improve conversion rates
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with prospective students via various channels
• Application and Enrollment Support
  • Process enrollments using CRM software
  • Maintain prompt communication with enrollees and applicants
  • Encourage program enrollment through ongoing communication
  • Record and track enrollment activity
• College and University Collaboration
  • Maintain familiarity with University catalog and academic programs
  • Connect with Faculty Program Coordinators and other University offices
  • Provide feedback from prospective students to inform marketing campaigns

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in recruitment or professional sales
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Demonstrated success in recruiting initiatives
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
