Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering and Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, optimizing, and supervising maintenance activities during the planning and execution phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and provide detailed task instructions for equipment
  • Develop work method statements and support the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team with risk assessments
  • Develop maintenance plans by assigning frequencies for planned maintenance activities, aligned with company policies and strategies
  • Collect, organize, and maintain technical documentation
  • Monitor the execution of maintenance activities and provide technical support to maintenance supervisors as needed
  • Define material and spare part requirements and provide technical details for procurement
  • Develop shutdown work packs and technical annexes for subcontracting
  • Support cost estimation during tenders, developing man-hours and equipment hours estimations

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of English

Additional Information

The position is based in Parma, with opportunities for business travel.
