About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a Go to Market Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing market entry strategies for Diesel in the EU region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
  • Product Launch Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches and market entry strategies.
  • Marketing Campaign Development: Propose and implement innovative marketing campaigns to amplify global brand messages at the local level, aligned with the seasonal marketing calendar.
  • Project Management: Oversee special activations from concept to execution, working closely with local and global stakeholders.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activations, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a lifestyle company or agency, with a strong background in strategic planning, marketing, and promotional development
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving approach, passion for accuracy, willingness to learn, and high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, with additional language skills (French, Spanish, German) a plus
