The selected candidate will assist the Manager with various tasks, including:

- Coordination of internal gatherings
- Oversight of company furnishings and their replenishment
- Management of inventory and warehouse operations
- Processing orders and maintaining records of company invoices
- Liaising with external vendors
- Providing support for reception duties

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an individual for a temporary engagement.

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a university degree is advantageous
- Prior relevant experience is preferred
- Proficiency in English is essential
