Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the software systems utilized by the organization.
  • Guide a team through various projects catering to local and global clients.
  • Evaluate client needs, devise solutions, and prepare both functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct software installations and implement the designated solutions.
  • Ensure quality assurance and deliver user training and support.
  • Offer technical assistance both remotely and on-site.
  • Carry out system maintenance and upgrades as necessary.
  • Advise clients on leveraging technology to enhance their operations.
  • Engage in presentations for prospective clients and assist in proposal development.

Candidate Qualifications
  • Possession of a University degree in a relevant discipline.
