Key Responsibilities
- Draft and evaluate contracts and other legal documents.
- Deliver strategic guidance on business transactions and corporate governance.
- Conduct legal research and offer solutions to legal challenges arising from business activities.
- Stay informed about laws and regulations pertinent to the company's operations.
- Assist in formulating and refining company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Juris Doctor degree from a recognized law institution.
- Licensed to practice law in Italy.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, ideally within IT sectors.
- Familiarity with IT law, particularly in SaaS agreements.
- Understanding of privacy laws and corporate governance is advantageous.
