Job Title: Group Procurement Specialist

Job Summary:

Mediobanca, a leading investment bank in Italy and a major player in Europe, is seeking a highly skilled Group Procurement Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the Group Procurement team, you will be responsible for coordinating and verifying compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR, SRB, EBA, and DORA, for suppliers and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities and verify compliance with regulations for suppliers and contracts
  • Manage activities related to the annual review of the list of Data Protection Officers (GDPR) for suppliers managed by Group Procurement
  • Monitor suppliers according to ESG criteria using an external Infoprovider platform
  • Utilize the Procurement Portal for creating and managing tenders and contract lifecycle
  • Scout markets for supply in line with requirements defined in procurement processes
  • Support operational and analytical activities related to procurement processes
  • Participate in evaluating and negotiating offers and contracts
  • Support in formalizing contracts in collaboration with the Legal function

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Service-oriented and flexible mindset
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive attitude and interest in learning and expanding knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
