Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive technical solution delivery on signalling projects during both bidding and contract phases. This includes:

  • Implementing technical solutions in accordance with project requirements.
  • Managing technical interface activities with customers and authorities.
  • Communicating project objectives clearly to the project team and ensuring alignment with the project schedule.
  • Monitoring document submissions for timeliness, quality, and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Executing technical activities in compliance with company procedures, including design and verification processes.
  • Overseeing the authorization and tracking of technical changes and variations within design activities.
  • Maintaining and updating a list of project technical risks and criticalities in collaboration with project management.
  • Ensuring effective document management and configuration processes are followed.
  • Facilitating technical definitions and document delivery during on-site activities.
  • Conducting verification activities on project engineering documents.
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of testing and commissioning activities.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • 3 to 5 years of engineering experience.
  • Familiarity with railway signalling systems and architectures.
  • Understanding of ERTMS systems and products.
  • Knowledge of national ATPs and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in project management, planning, and monitoring.
  • Experience in interface management and commissioning.
  • Awareness of project quality assurance and system engineering principles.

Education and Qualifications:

A degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, or Information Technology, or an equivalent technical background is required.

Language Proficiency:

Good command of the English language is essential.
