Overview:
Role Summary
In the capacity of Associate Manager FP&A within Procurement Finance, the selected candidate will oversee significant global business and financial projects in collaboration with senior leadership across the Global Procurement and Global Finance sectors. This role offers a comprehensive insight into SCJ Procurement operations, fostering business relationships and providing exposure to executive management.
Team/Department Insights
This position is situated in Italy, reporting directly to the Manager, FP&A – Global Procurement, who is based in Racine, Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for Regional (EU and AMET) and Global Commodity Inflation & PPV, while managing feedstock tracking and reporting. Collaborate with Global and Regional Procurement teams to identify and monitor annual cost-saving initiatives, including enhancements in working capital. Assist MEA Finance in validating Procurement-led molds and investments at third-party manufacturing and supplier sites. Support Commercial Finance in justifying price increases driven by commodity fluctuations. Oversee critical global business and financial initiatives in partnership with senior management within the Global Procurement and Global Finance divisions. Lead initiatives aimed at improving Global Procurement processes and ensure that procurement-related controls are effectively implemented. Ensure financial governance is adhered to when signing and executing contracts in line with the Delegation of Authority agreement. Conduct financial evaluations of suppliers. Collaborate to develop, influence, and execute category direct spending strategies. Work alongside the Procurement team on significant direct and indirect negotiations. Propel and support initiatives aimed at enhancing Accounts Payable and Cash value (SCF).Required Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in FP&A (experience in Supply Chain Finance is advantageous). A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Essential Skills:
Proven leadership capabilities (self, others, business), fostering strong business partnerships. Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability. Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of engaging with all management levels. Ability to work autonomously.Legal Eligibility:
