Key Responsibilities

  • Business Validation: Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) and align with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Data Management: Oversee the verification and alignment of master data to maintain data integrity.
  • Training: Provide comprehensive training to key users to facilitate effective software utilization.
  • SOP Development: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to guide operational practices.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between key users and IT to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Operations, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; native Italian speakers are preferred.
