**Job Title:** Senior Creative for Video Agency
**Job Summary:** We are looking for a seasoned creative professional to lead our video production team and work closely with our production department, project managers, and external partners to deliver high-quality video content.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage video projects independently, working on complex sets with multiple team members, and lead creatively and authoritatively on projects;
- Analyze and interpret market research and data provided by clients, starting from insights;
- Organize and participate in brainstorming sessions, producing concepts, scripts, references, copy, mood boards, and all necessary materials to create the project;
**Requirements and Skills:**
- At least 4 years of experience in the video agency sector with a notable track record of video communication projects (campaigns, series, brand entertainment, ads, corporate);
- Background as a copywriter, but also experience as an author, writer, and set worker;
- Public speaking skills;
- Passion for contemporary video narrative languages;
**What We Offer:**
- Competitive salary (€35,000 + bonus);
- Full-time contract (Monday to Friday);
- Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team;
