Compiti e Responsabilità- Redigere, revisionare e negoziare contratti commerciali di vario tipo, sia nazionali che internazionali;
- Fornire consulenza in favore dei diversi dipartimenti aziendali e prestare supporto e assistenza nei progetti di sviluppo del business;
- Gestire, in coordinamento con i legali esterni ed i consulenti aziendali, il contenzioso (giudiziale e stragiudiziale) del Gruppo, contribuendo all'elaborazione di transazioni ed ogni altro atto o documento a carattere giuridico;
- Laurea in giurisprudenza;
- 5-6 anni di comprovata esperienza maturata o in un dipartimento in house, o in uno studio legale dove ci si è specializzati nella redazione, revisione e negoziazione di contratti;
- Inglese fluente sia scritto che parlato;
- Abilitazione alla professione forense;
- Pregressa assistenza legale in favore di società operanti nel settore farmaceutico;
