Job Description

**About the Role**

Adecco Italia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Sustainability Account professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Market Analysis & Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
  • Product & Service Promotion: Promote our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value proposition and benefits.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
