Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the configuration and management of the Requirement Management project database.
  • Provide support to Project Engineers for requirements management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in System Engineering to ensure requirements development aligns with traceability standards.
  • Aid in defining the Requirement Management Plan (RMP).
  • Conduct analyses of defects and incidents to identify root causes.
  • Manage the Requirements Engineering process throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze Requirements KPIs to gauge project performance.
  • Offer technical support to enhance project deliverables (e.g., CAD, GPLM, etc.).

Required Skills and Expertise

  • Proficient in Requirement Management practices.
  • Extensive experience with the IBM DOORS tool and DXL Language.
  • Collaborate with clients and system design authorities to validate system requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Evaluate stakeholder needs to define project or system requirements.
  • Create and manage project requirements within DOORS.
  • Deliver progress reports and KPI analyses related to project requirements management.
  • Familiarity with the V lifecycle.
  • Basic understanding of Rail Transit Subsystems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles is preferred.

Educational Background

Candidates should possess qualifications in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, or Information Technology, or an equivalent technical background.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English is required, with at least a B2 level of proficiency.
