Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pattern Making Manager to join our dynamic team in Novara. As a key member of our RTW Business Unit, you will be responsible for leading the M&W Pattern Making department and managing a team of skilled Pattern Makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and motivate a team of Pattern Makers to achieve exceptional quality and timely delivery of patterns for both sampling and production phases.
- Participate in fittings and provide technical support and advice to ensure seamless product development.
- Build strong relationships with Atelier, Product Development, and Design Office teams to ensure timely product confirmation and efficient collaboration.
- Continuously improve workflow and processes to optimize quality and efficiency.
- Research and implement new ideas to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
- Proven expertise in pattern making techniques and a strong understanding of luxury fashion design principles.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a large team.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position with a regular schedule. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a passion for luxury fashion and a commitment to excellence.
