About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to join our Engineering team in Rome. The successful candidate will work closely with our Project teams, Construction, and other engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality projects.
The role will involve:
- Design Calculations
- Detail design for static and dynamic equipment foundation
- Design for basins and foundations for steel and/or concrete structures
- Design of elevated concrete structures
- Sheet piling for earth retention and piles
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing structural designs for various projects
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- Fluent English language skills
- Knowledge of structural design software such as STAAD Pro / SAP 2000
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
