About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our Industrial Power Solutions group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test procedures for gate drivers and integrated power switch modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test procedures for gate drivers and integrated power switch modules to ensure functionality and safety of our products.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality results.
  • Develop innovative solutions for high parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, and more efficient program structures.
  • Document and validate test applications to ensure compliance with IC specifications and test program release requirements.
  • Ensure timely transfer of Engineering and Production test packages for Wafer sort and Final (Packaged) Test to various Testing locations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or similar field of studies.
  • 3-5 years of semiconductor industry experience with test engineering, test processes, and equipment knowledge.
  • C++, VBA, and programming skills.
  • Experience with Eagle ETS88/ETS364 and/or Teradyne A565 and/or LTX ASL1K test program development and mixed-signal IC testing is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in an R&D team environment.
  • Strong technical documentation skills and ability to communicate technical ideas and issues in a professional manner.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
