As a key player in our design team, you will:
· Conduct thorough research on inspirations, emerging trends, and create moodboards for both men's and women's collections.
· Explore innovative fits, washes, and techniques to enhance our product offerings.
· Develop both artistic drawings and precise technical sketches, overseeing the journey from concept to final product.
· Collaborate closely with the Ready-to-Wear Style Office and Graphics Office to craft timeless and seasonal collections, leveraging your expertise in the jersey category.
· Work in tandem with the Graphic Studio to ensure the successful implementation of graphic prints and embroidery placements.
· Coordinate with the Product Development and Merchandising teams to adhere to deadlines, targets, and collection plans.
· Assist in fitting sessions to refine designs.
· Contribute to collection closure activities, including lookbooks and B2B initiatives.
WHO YOU ARE
Over 4 years of experience in a comparable role within the luxury fashion sector, with a strong emphasis on jersey. A degree in Fashion Design; a Master's degree is advantageous. Proficient technical knowledge of jersey and various apparel categories. Exceptional freehand drawing capabilities. Advanced skills in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines. Proficient in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
