Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Supervisor to join our team at Milano Cortina 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical care and health planning for all stakeholders associated with the Games, including athletes, team officials, technical officials, Olympic/Paralympic families and their guests, media, workforce, guest marketing partners, and spectators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Medical Services team and ensure the delivery of high-quality medical care and health planning for all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for health teams at competitive and non-competitive venues.
- Collaborate with the Venues Medical Officer and Venues Medical Technical Officer to ensure seamless delivery of medical services.
- Provide technical health aspects and support to the definition of the Budget and Strategic plan.
- Support the drafting of the Medical Services operation plan and training plan.
- Act as a point of contact for different Functional Areas for questions related to Medical Services.
- Represent Medical Services in different planning processes and meetings.
Requirements:
- Nurse with experience in emergency services and major sporting events.
- Experience in Olympic and Paralympic Games, budget and human resource management.
- Knowledge of maxi-emergency plans, regional and national health systems.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Previous project management experience in events and medical sector is a plus.
