**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP 4/HANA Service Manager to join our IT Team at Buccellati. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of IT services and maintaining compliance with KPIs and SLAs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Service Delivery Monitoring**: Oversee the monitoring of IT service delivery and ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon KPIs and SLAs.
  • **Team Supervision**: Supervise the activities carried out by the Service Team and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • **Issue Analysis**: Analyze any application/infrastructure issues and identify root causes to ensure prompt resolution.
  • **Business Needs Analysis**: Analyze new business needs and verify priorities, necessary interventions, and impacts to ensure effective service delivery.
  • **Problem Resolution**: Develop problem resolution plans and improvement activities to ensure continuous service improvement.
  • **Change and Project Management**: Develop change and project release plans to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • **Documentation**: Prepare and present documentation for periodic service reviews.
  • **ITIL Framework**: Possess knowledge of the ITIL framework and apply it to ensure best practices in service management.

**Job Requirements:**

  • **Experience**: At least 2/3 years of previous working experience gained within the SAP industry.
  • **Technical Skills**: Advanced knowledge in S/4 HANA and technical skills in SAP 4/HANA.
  • **Education**: A university degree in areas including Information, Engineering, Business, or other related fields.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and client handling skills.
  • **Language Skills**: Fluency in Italian and English.
  • **Teamwork**: Flexible and patient, with a strong propensity towards teamworking.
  • **Problem-Solving**: Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • **International Collaboration**: Strong ability to establish and maintain a cooperative network with international teams.
  • **Time Management**: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
