Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Advisor to join our team at Quirónprevención. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HSE plans, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and evaluate HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that HSE aspects are integrated into project planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and cooperation on HSE matters.
  • Investigate incidents and near-miss events, identifying root causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on HSE procedures and protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in HSE, applying this knowledge to improve our organization's HSE performance.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as an HSE Advisor or in a similar role, with a strong track record of improving HSE performance.
  • Experience working on projects in the wind farm, construction, or civil works sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills.
