Adecco Financial Services, a leading provider of financial services, is seeking a highly skilled Junior Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our team in Milan.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit financial reports to the Bank of Italy, including monthly risk reports and associated documents.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including finalizing non-automated operations, aligning the accounting system with the management system, and preparing financial statements within established deadlines.
- Verify the accuracy of financial data, prepare Matisse monthly reports, and quarterly consolidated reports within established deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain inventory and asset books, collect and archive accounting documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
- Previous experience in accounting, auditing, or financial services.
- Excellent English language skills (B2 level).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Contract of assignment until January 2025, with the possibility of renewal.
- Salary: RAL 33K + ticket.
- Full-time position, 37 hours per week.
