Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our construction projects. Your expertise will ensure financial accuracy and compliance, while providing strategic financial guidance to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial procedures, controls, and systems to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, WIP, payroll, and job costing.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide financial guidance and support to team members and project managers.
• Manage the budget and forecast, identifying potential issues and recommending solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting and financial controls.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
