About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our Automotive Aftermarket team in a dynamic and young context.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation of Bosch data analysis projects by providing concrete insights and recommendations.
- Perform data cleaning and restructuring tasks to ensure high-quality data sets.
- Develop and maintain robust data sets using Microsoft BI suite (Analysis Services, Integration Services, Reporting Services, Power BI).
- Create interactive dashboards using visualization tools for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Europe in different teams to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in management or automotive engineering.
- Programming skills: Good knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (Python or Java preferred).
- Data visualization skills: Basic technical skills in data visualization (Power BI preferred).
- Supply chain knowledge: Basic knowledge of supply chain management.
- Soft skills: Team working and problem-solving skills.
- Languages: Fluent Italian and English.
