The Apprenticeship Program Coordinator serves as a vital member of the Italian Apprenticeship Team, playing an essential role in the management and organization of the apprenticeship initiatives throughout the country.


This dynamic position engages with various sectors of the organization, requiring a willingness to absorb new information rapidly.

The role is ideal for individuals eager to grow, possessing strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in data management, budget oversight, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

The position reports directly to the Country Apprenticeship Program Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist operational departments with apprenticeship programs.
  • Monitor apprentices' progress and relevant program metrics using both internal and external resources.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the apprenticeship program by organizing and tracking all associated expenses.
  • Facilitate communication with apprentices.
  • Aid in recruitment and marketing efforts, including participation in job fairs and other events.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of apprenticeship graduation ceremonies.
  • Develop a newsletter to disseminate information and celebrate achievements across all programs.
  • Create and maintain the Apprenticeship Wiki.
  • Develop and update program handbooks.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Fluent in both the local language and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to accurately manage and present data.
  • Effective communication skills, demonstrating active listening and clarity in both verbal and written forms.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on achieving results.
