Your Role
  1. Mobile Software Engineering: Create and implement native mobile applications for both iOS and Android operating systems.
  2. Technical Guidance: Mentor and motivate the development team, offering technical insights and promoting best practices.
  3. Application Performance Enhancement: Refine and enhance the performance of existing applications to guarantee seamless and efficient user interactions.
  4. Collaborative Development: Work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration between front-end and back-end systems.
  5. Innovation in Technology: Stay informed about emerging technologies and methodologies in mobile development, suggesting innovative solutions.
  6. Issue Resolution: Diagnose and swiftly address complex mobile development challenges.
  7. Security and Regulatory Compliance: Apply security measures and ensure adherence to mobile security standards.
Your Qualifications
  1. Demonstrated experience in developing native mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
  2. Proficiency in the Flutter framework or advanced skills in at least one primary mobile programming language (Swift for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android).
  3. Thorough understanding of user interface design principles for mobile platforms.
  4. Familiarity with Unity3D and various development patterns (Bloc, Cubit, Observable, MVP, MVVM).
  5. Understanding of the Reactive Programming paradigm (RXSwift or RxAndroid).
  6. Knowledge of best practices regarding Security, Performance, and Accessibility.
  7. Programming expertise in C# and Python.
  8. Experience in enhancing the performance of mobile applications.
  9. Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
  10. Excellent analytical skills and effective communication and collaboration abilities with team members.
  11. Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner.
