Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll. The successful candidate will supervise a team of accountants and interact with various departments across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accounting functions, including AR, AP, and Payroll
  • Supervise a team of accountants and provide guidance and support
  • Interact with various departments, including project personnel who track project revenue and costs
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Computer-oriented with experience in Viewpoint and HCSS - Heavy Bid/Heavy Job
  • CPA certification a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work independently and make decisions
