About the Role:

Dentons Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Associate to join our team in our Milan office. As a key member of our Real Estate group, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to clients in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and support to clients in the real estate sector
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of real estate documents and agreements
  • Conducting research and analysis on real estate-related matters
  • Collaborating with other lawyers and professionals to deliver high-quality legal services
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in real estate law and regulations

Requirements:

  • Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110
  • Current license to practice law in Italy, 1 or 2 YPQ
  • Previous experience in the Real Estate field, gained in a comparable law firm
  • High level of English (Certificate C1)
  • Other foreign languages are a plus
  • Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession
  • Excellent negotiation and communications skills
  • Global mindset and enthusiasm
