Das Test System Operations Engineering Team sucht eine hochmotivierte Person mit Erfahrung in der Fertigungstesttechnik.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Entwicklung und Spezifizierung von Konzepten für Messmethoden und Testverfahren.
  • Planung, Implementierung und Betreuung von Testlösungen für die Einführung neuer Produkte an allen Produktionsstandorten.
  • Projektkoordination mit internen und externen Partnern für Testsysteme und die Entwicklung neuer Anwendungen.
  • Anpassung und Optimierung: Spezifizierung, Beschaffung und Implementierung von Testanpassungen, mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Design für Automation (DfA) im Hinblick auf Anpassungsprozesse.
  • Test System Optimierung: Proaktives Erkennen von testbezogenen Problemen während des gesamten Produktzyklus und Bemühen um eine zeitnahe Lösung.
  • Arbeit mit den Hardware- und Software-Entwicklungsteams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die für die neuen Produkte erforderlichen Testgeräte und -prozesse den Standards entsprechen.
  • Standardisierung und Optimierung der Testprozesse, um die Qualität und die betriebliche Effizienz in der Produktion zu verbessern.
  • Schulung von technischem / produktbezogenem Fachwissen für die Maintenance- und Testteams.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen in anderen Produktbereichen, um optimale Testprozesse für alle Produkte/Standorte zu gewährleisten.

Voraussetzungen

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (BS oder MS) oder eine technische Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung vorzugsweise in Elektrotechnik, Telekommunikation, Technischer Informatik oder System Engineering.
  • Verständnis von elektronischen Montageprozessen.
  • Kenntnisse in Produktionskontrollprozessen, Datenanalyse/-interpretation, Cp/Cpk, GR&R und Korrelationsanalyse.
  • Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit und Einflussnahme auf funktionsübergreifende Teams.
  • Kenntnisse in der Computerarchitektur sind von Vorteil.
  • Fähigkeit, selbständig unter hohem Druck zu arbeiten und sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohlzufühlen.
  • Fähigkeit, zu den weltweiten Produktionsstandorten zu reisen, um mit den lokalen Test-Engineering-Teams an wichtigen Punkten der Test System Implementierung persönlich zu arbeiten.
  • Erfahrung in der Automatisierung in der Testautomatisierung sind von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Energietechnik sind wünschenswert.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Englisch (gesprochen und geschrieben), Deutsch und Italienisch ist ein Plus.
  • Persönliche Eigenschaften: Sie zeichnen sich durch einen zielorientierten Arbeitsstil, hohe Initiative und Flexibilität sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus.
