Job Summary

Zanotti S.P.A. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join its Finance and Accounting department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient financial management and financial controls necessary to support all business activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor accounts payable balances and processes
  • Review monthly financial statements across Zanotti Group
  • Generate and review monthly reports
  • Manage tax accounting
  • Assist with preparation for annual audits
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures
  • Ensure and monitor accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts and invoices

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Fluent in English and Italian languages
  • 5+ years of general ledger/accounts payable accounting experience preferably gained in multinational companies
  • Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP software suite
  • Understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
