Role Overview:

As a Middle Office GTB Analyst, you will assist the local Middle Office team with administrative tasks related to Domestic Guarantees. You will be responsible for managing your assignments independently while collaborating with the Head of the Middle Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support by fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Oversee the complete process of domestic guarantees, including:
    • Receiving client requests
    • Preparing indemnity letters
    • Collaborating with the Legal Department to analyze documentation
    • Assessing transaction acceptability and feasibility
    • Conducting compliance checks prior to transaction execution
    • Registering and notarizing guarantees
    • Managing administrative follow-ups, including amendments and extensions
    • Performing monthly checks on outstanding guarantees
  • Coordinate effectively with Back Office teams.

Candidate Profile:

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma in Technical Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related degree.
  • Prior experience in Domestic Guarantees and Customer Service.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in Italian and English.

Technical and Soft Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
  • Adaptability to banking systems.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, autonomy, and responsibility.
  • Strong team player.
