DAB PUMPS is seeking a dedicated and analytical Business Controller to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the performance model and ensuring accurate group reporting in a dynamic and international setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly performance reporting process
• Publish performance metrics using Qlik
• Ensure comprehensive transparency and clarity in the performance model
• Document the data flow and calculations utilized in the performance model
• Verify performance figures against original data sources
• Lead the enhancement of the performance model
• Spearhead financial analysis initiatives in Qlik Sense
• Transition the performance reporting package to a fully digital format in Qlik Sense

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in comprehensive Financial Management
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Adaptable to an international work environment
• Project-oriented mindset
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with ERP and BI systems is essential
• Strong communication abilities to effectively present data
