Job Overview

Condé Nast is seeking a highly skilled Creative Video Producer to lead the creative production of video content for our prestigious brands in Italy. The ideal candidate will work closely with our local Head of Video to develop and execute video series that showcase the iconic attributes of our brands, drive audience growth, and support monetization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Video to conceptualize and produce video series that amplify our brands' iconic attributes and drive audience engagement.
  • Direct and oversee the end-to-end production of video shoots, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with the Local Production Manager to plan and execute series, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Manage and supervise workflows between planning and production departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient production processes.
  • Coordinate logistics for shoots, including crew, equipment, location, and talent agreements, ensuring all necessary permissions and risk assessments are in place.
  • Review, edit, and approve preliminary and final treatments, outlines, shooting scripts, scripts, casting, production schedules, budgets, and final versions of all assigned programs, with supervision from the Head of Video.
  • Manage the post-production process, responsible for collecting all creative notes throughout, and ensuring deadlines are being met.
  • Edit select videos and/or provide detailed notes on cuts provided by the Condé Nast post team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience producing and developing video content on various platforms, with a passion for internet culture and digital media.
  • Professional working proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • A demonstrable track record in production execution, with experience managing a slate of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of production and post-production workflow, with experience working with A-list talents, celebrities, and experts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, receive feedback, and provide notes on projects, with a strong knowledge of and interest in Condé Nast Brands.
  • Ability to hit hard deadlines, with a master communicator and solution-oriented approach.
