About the Role

As an HR Administrator at Agilent Technologies Inc., you will play a vital part in supporting our Italy Country HR department. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication skills to handle various administrative tasks related to employee records, benefits, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment.
  • Process employees' paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage Mandatory Communications related to Employee Contracts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Manage Certified Email (PEC) and prepare HR Purchase Order Account for Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti funds return.
  • Support training/HR events logistics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Admin or similar role.
  • Good communication (in Italian and English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
