About the Role
As an HR Administrator at Agilent Technologies Inc., you will play a vital part in supporting our Italy Country HR department. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication skills to handle various administrative tasks related to employee records, benefits, and compliance.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment.
- Process employees' paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage Mandatory Communications related to Employee Contracts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Manage Certified Email (PEC) and prepare HR Purchase Order Account for Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti funds return.
- Support training/HR events logistics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Admin or similar role.
- Good communication (in Italian and English) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
