Role Overview

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing integrated procurement strategies to support our company objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and Implementing Procurement Strategies

Design and implement procurement strategies that align with our company objectives, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant deliveries.

Managing Procurement Costs

Update and maintain accurate records related to procurement costs, ensuring precision and up-to-date information.

Ensuring Compliance in Procurement Flow

Support departments in adhering to the correct procurement flow and assist as needed to ensure compliance.

Optimizing Buying Activities and Monitoring Key Metrics

Guarantee timely deliveries, cost-effectiveness, and process compliance. Continuously monitor and report on key procurement metrics to ensure optimal performance.

Supporting and Advising Departments

Ensure that departments making purchases follow the correct procurement flow, providing support and guidance when needed.

Continuous Improvement

Continuously monitor and report on key metrics related to procurement operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficiency.

Your Ideal Profile

We're looking for a talented Procurement Specialist with a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and 1+ years of experience in administration, finance, or procurement. You should demonstrate strategic thinking and leadership abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of market dynamics. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Italian or other European languages is considered a plus.
