Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects and manage key customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales advisory to post-sales execution, and will work closely with the Society Product & Engineering Team to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex projects from pre-sales advisory to post-sales execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Manage key customer relationships, providing technical expertise and support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Society Product & Engineering Team to develop and implement engineering and manufacturing standards, and to improve product contents and quality.
  • Work closely with Application Engineers to provide guidance and support on project execution activities.
  • Provide technical expertise to the Eco-System Manager to improve the supply base portfolio, and to the Cost Specialist to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, technologies, materials, and design for Additive solutions & tools, and production process improvements to act as an Additive Manufacturing subject matter expert.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • At least 8-10 years of working experience in an Industrial environment or OEM company.
  • More than 5 years of prior experience in an Engineering and/or Manufacturing team.
  • At least 5 years of project management and product development experience, including managing multiple complex projects and customers with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results.
  • High level of oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 suite and GD&T basics (ASME, ISO).
  • Knowledge of process simulation software, CAE/CAE, Design for Additive software, and management and soft skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • DFSS Black Belt certification and/or OpEX project previous experience.
  • Knowledge of Additive Manufacturing technologies and market, as well as alternative/supporting ones such as post processing, quality controls & testing.
  • International education and/or work experience.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be based in Turin, Italy, and will work closely with the Society Product & Engineering Team to deliver high-quality products to our customers.
