Key Responsibilities- Electrical Engineering Deliverables
- Develop and manage electrical engineering deliverables for train systems, including schematics, apparatus, and mechanical routing.
- Team Management
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team of electrical engineers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Interface Management
- Ensure effective interfaces with other teams, including train system, train design, train control, RAMS, and EMC experts.
- Operational Management
- Manage internal and external activities, including workload, planning, work package reviews, and risks.
- Design Reviews and Deliverables
- Lead design reviews and deliverables reviews, ensuring that all electrical engineering deliverables meet the required standards.
- Baselining and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure that baselining contents are up-to-date and accurate, and support continuous improvement of the electrical engineering domain.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in train systems and railways electrical engineering.
- Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical CAD systems, including See One and Catia EHI.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
