Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Support: Assist the team in planning and executing marketing strategies for assigned products. Collect and analyze market data to inform business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop local business objectives.
- Product Development: Evaluate opportunities for new product development and market expansion.
- Sales Support: Provide operational support to the sales force, including product presentations and customer training.
- Training Materials: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product training materials.
- Compliance: Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous work experience or internships in marketing or business development are advantageous.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of computer tools (MS Office, data analysis software). Proficiency in English and Italian.
