About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at AlfaDocs. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job advertisements to evaluating resumes and conducting initial interviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the recruitment process, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop hiring plans
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring teams and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with labor legislation and market trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting in an agency, startup, and/or corporate environment
  • Proven track record of excellence in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring talent in volume roles
  • Experience creating reports and using HR software
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
