About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Omnichannel Traffic Acceleration Specialist to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our drive-to-store initiatives and increasing qualified traffic both online and in-store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Lead Omnichannel Traffic Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive omnichannel traffic strategy to generate qualified traffic for our retail brands.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Channels: Work closely with our marketing channels, including CRM, Media, Performance Marketing, and Social Media, to drive incremental sales for both brick-and-mortar and online channels.
  • Analyze and Optimize Performance: Use quantitative and qualitative data to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize our omnichannel traffic strategy.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Oversee and guide cross-functional teams to turn data-driven insights into actionable best practices.
  • Provide Coaching and Direction: Coach and direct a direct report, managing priorities within the EMEA scope.
Requirements
  • Strong Business Acumen and Analytical Skills: Possess a strong understanding of business operations and analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in Digital and Marketing: Have a proven track record in digital and marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and retail optimization.
  • Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence senior leaders and work cross-functionally.
  • Digital Background and Retail Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing and retail operations, with the ability to drive omnichannel traffic and optimize retail performance.
  • Leadership and Coaching Skills: Demonstrate leadership and coaching skills to empower internal teams and drive results.
