Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY
The Material Review Board (MRB) Associate is responsible for the systematic tracking of all MRB materials and coordinating their disposition with various departments including Workcell, Project Management, and Materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking the location of materials.
  • Facilitate the MRB signature process in collaboration with Workcell, Project Management, and Materials.
  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory within the MRB area.
  • Analyze information related to MRB travelers.
  • Process and manage MRB documentation.
  • Verify the accuracy of all transactions and ensure correctness in operations.
  • Keep the assigned workspace clean and orderly.
  • Follow all safety and health regulations as directed by the supervisor.
  • Adhere to company security policies and procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, or a combination of education and experience that meets the requirements.
