Position: Maintenance Shift Engineer

Role Overview:

The Maintenance Shift Engineer at Four Seasons is responsible for diagnosing and addressing equipment malfunctions, ensuring timely and professional service to maintain guest satisfaction and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment and maintain precise logs.
  • Identify and repair various equipment components throughout the property.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and manage emergencies effectively.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization within the Engineering department.
  • Support energy efficiency initiatives throughout the hotel.
  • Assist in training departmental staff on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in a comparable role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
  • Basic understanding of building maintenance and computer systems.
  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy.
