The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for overseeing Inventory, Replenishment, and Production planning for a diverse range of Finished Goods.
This position operates on a regional scale, engaging with multiple European markets and encompasses two primary functions:
(1) As an Inventory & Replenishment Specialist, the Analyst is tasked with defining, maintaining, and monitoring stock levels across our distribution centers, ensuring that inventory aligns with target service levels and capital investment strategies.
(2) In the capacity of a Master Production Planner, the Analyst coordinates production needs with available resources at manufacturing sites, including line capacity, materials, and operational guidelines, to develop a feasible production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a product portfolio with significant market influence, navigating uncertainties to optimize customer outcomes. Establish, uphold, and evaluate stock levels at our European distribution centers, ensuring alignment with service level targets and working capital objectives. Develop the master production schedule for the assigned portfolio, aligning production needs with available resources, including factory capacity and materials. Engage in monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews, evaluating long-term capacity requirements and proposing solutions to address trade-offs. Participate in weekly Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes, collaborating with local Supply Chain teams to achieve optimal service levels for customers. Utilize software tools (ERP, APS, Analytics) to ensure accurate and timely information flow throughout the supply chain. Maintain SAP material master data, establishing parameters that support production and distribution plans aligned with strategic objectives. Assist in Product Change Management initiatives (e.g., new product launches, restages) to meet project timelines while minimizing waste. Conduct long-term supply assessments and supply chain modeling for special projects (e.g., make or buy decisions).Required Experience:
Proven experience in supply chain management with a minimum of 3 years in a planning role. Strong analytical capabilities and a passion for problem-solving with a proactive approach. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in engineering or supply chain disciplines. Experience in project management or coordination is advantageous. Familiarity with Supply Chain planning software and tools, particularly SAP (PP, MM), APO, and Tableau. Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced data analysis features. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional European languages, especially Italian, is a plus. Understanding of the FMCG sector is beneficial. APICS or Lean certifications are preferred.Essential Skills:
Ability to synthesize and analyze diverse information sources to create actionable proposals. Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders across various European locations, including remote production sites. Strong organizational abilities, capable of thriving under pressure and managing multiple priorities. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.Eligibility:
