Position Overview

Role Summary

We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to spearhead and supervise the integration initiatives for our client across multiple streams in Italy, ideally in the northern regions. This position entails a blend of remote and on-site responsibilities, adopting a hybrid work model.
The successful candidate will possess substantial expertise in project and program management, demonstrating a successful history of executing intricate integration projects. Your contribution will be vital in facilitating smooth integration, advancing strategic goals, and meeting project targets within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure impeccable project execution Guarantee that all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget Aid in defining project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility Ensure the availability and allocation of resources Develop a comprehensive project plan to monitor and track progress Manage modifications to project scope, schedule, and costs using suitable verification methods Evaluate project performance utilizing appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate issues to management as necessary Effectively manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders Establish and maintain connections with third-party vendors Create and maintain thorough project documentation

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Management Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and Jira Strong technical foundation with understanding and/or practical experience in software development and web technologies Capable of driving the complete planning cycle for large-scale projects Proficient in managing reporting at all levels, assisting project teams to enhance the quality and transparency of reporting artifacts Able to scale the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for larger projects, managing multiple parallel teams and deliverables Competent in advising technical stakeholders on engineering excellence Exceptional client-facing and internal communication abilities Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask Native Italian speaker with fluent English proficiency
