About the Role

RINA is seeking a skilled Construction Site Document Controller to join its team in Italy. As a key member of our infrastructure and mobility division, you will play a crucial role in managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Control: Establish and maintain document control procedures, manage the distribution and retrieval of project documents, and ensure that all documentation meets quality and regulatory standards.
  • Project Inspection Coordination: Develop and implement project inspection plans and schedules, coordinate inspection activities with internal and external stakeholders, conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess project progress, and collaborate with engineering and construction teams to address quality issues.
  • Customer Coordination: Serve as the main liaison between the company and customers for all quality-related matters, address customer queries, concerns, and expectations related to the assigned duties.
  • Quality Standards Adherence: Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and procedures during the processes, implement corrective actions as needed to address deviations or non-compliance.
