Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Leader to join our team at Tagetik Software S.r.l. as a key member of our Extended Planning product management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our Extended Planning product roadmap, leveraging the CCH Tagetik platform to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Roadmap Development: Develop and articulate a comprehensive product roadmap for Extended Planning, aligning with the company's strategic priorities and customer needs.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer profiles, and competitive landscapes, informing product development and go-to-market strategies.
  3. Customer Insights: Utilize customer insights to prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities.
  4. Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality product features, ensuring timely release and customer satisfaction.
  5. Pre-Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to deliver demos, enable sales teams, and support external marketing efforts.
  6. Product Strategy and Growth: Develop and implement a product strategy for growth, optimizing current offerings, exploring new solutions, and operationalizing those that drive business value.
  7. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, go-to-market, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales and service strategies.

Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  2. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software company leadership, with a focus on Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Performance Management, or Extended Planning.
  3. Product Management Experience: At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  4. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Office of CFO, including budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
  5. Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead complex international projects, manage multiple teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  6. Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with agile methodologies, knowledge of the CCH Tagetik platform, and fluency in English language.
