Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Consultant. Our organization, Advanced Accelerator Applications AAA, a Novartis Company, is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions within the life sciences sector. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and excellence in project execution.

Role Responsibilities

  • Implementation Leadership: Act as a SuperUser for the Supply Chain software deployment, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
  • Documentation and Validation: Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) and align with key stakeholders. Review Functional Specifications (FS) and oversee Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ).
  • Data Integrity: Manage and verify Master data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for Key Users to enhance their proficiency with the system.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and maintain SOPs to guide operational processes.
  • Communication Facilitation: Lead discussions between Key Users and IT to ensure clarity and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Operations, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; native Italian speakers are preferred.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a GMP environment, specifically within Supply Chain Operations in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Complex Environment Experience: Proven ability to navigate and manage tasks in a multifaceted setting.
  • Task Management: Demonstrated capability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Innovative Mindset: Open to new ideas and agile in approach.
